Shipments to Spain (peninsula) take approximately 24 to 48 hours once the payment if confirmed by the Costumer. In international shipments and islands the delivery time range can be from 4 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

Once the package has been picked up by the courier, the Customer will receive and e-mail with the shipment tracking number. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service or weather conditions.

Delivery times and costs are the following. Except for the occasions that we promote shipping costs, which we would notify at the headline of our website.

Shipping costs:

• Peninsula Shipping: 6,95€
• Shipments to Portugal: 6,95€
• Shipments to Balearic Islands: 20,00€
• Shipments to Canary Islands: Consult
• Shipments to France: 30,00€
• Shipments to Germany: 30,00€
• Shipments to Italy: 30,00€

Please note that the Canary Islands are not part of the customs territory of the EU, so shipments may be subject to customs duties and / or taxes. In most cases, the fees are charged at the time of the delivery of the package, although you may receive a notification by mail requesting that you go personally to pay these fees in order to receive your package. The amount of the fees may vary depending on the weight / amount of the package. In the case of shipments to Canary Islands, Zumaquero Equitación S.L. includes the export DUA in the cost of shipping, upon the delivery product, the recipient must pay the Import DUA and the IGIC.

European Union and International shipping rates vary depending on the weight, dimensions of the package and the country of delivery.

Free shipping for purchases over 100,00€ in Spain (Peninsula) and 500,00€ for the rest, except for products marked with a supplement in standard shipping, saddles and boots.

Shipments are made by SEUR or MRW courier service. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
