If you are not satisfied with the received product, you have 14 working days to return it, counted from the day you have received it. For this, you must notify us via e-mail at info@zmszumaquero.com, indicating all the details of your purchase.

If the return cause is that the item does not correspond to the requested one, the ZMS SADDLERY Online Store will bear the costs of the return and the new shipment. Otherwise, the cost of the return service will be 9,95€ VAT INCLUDED if we have to collect the package by courier, being able to pay the service cost to the courier.

The costumer can always make any return by his means and risk, in which case the return costs will be FREE. It is the costumer's duty and responsibility that the merchandise arrives in perfect conditions. We will not take over if merchandise arrives damaged. If you choose this option, shipment must be directed towards GUARNICIONERIA ZUMAQUERO, Avenida Lope de Rueda, Nº 286, Pc 29190 Puerto de la Torre, Málaga.

Once we have received and checked the merchandise, we will send you and e-mail notifying you about it and we will proceed to send you a new item or to refund your money. If you choose the second option, we will refund the money the same way you have made the payment. The time of the refund being effective depends on the bank that issued your credit card.
